Waz up,
My name is Karl Schneider, and I am a student at the Ai in Chicago, IL. At the Ai I am learning to become a chef, and learn
how to mannage a food facility. Once I get my Bach. degree I plan on going back to school and earn my Baking & Pastry
Certificate.
The picture to the right is a sugar sculpture made by a Pastry Chef. This is what I would like to do in the near future.
Being able to take raw sugar and make works of art.
