Waz up,

My name is Karl Schneider, and I am a student at the Ai in Chicago, IL. At the Ai I am learning to become a chef, and learn how to mannage a food facility. Once I get my Bach. degree I plan on going back to school and earn my Baking & Pastry Certificate.

The picture to the right is a sugar sculpture made by a Pastry Chef. This is what I would like to do in the near future. Being able to take raw sugar and make works of art.

What's New?

Well this week is going to be fun I got a major project due and well I haven't started yet. I'm a slacker, but it shouldn't take to long. Basically I have to make a dessert menu and make one item for my class in addition write a paper on the facility. But I have to give a speed to my classmates aswell. YES! There is good news though by Thursday I will have those recipes on this site for everyone!
